Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant - Therapeutic Treatment Duties & Responsibilities: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical impairments or disabilities. The PTA assists in implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patients' progress toward functional goals. This position requires strong communication skills, clinical competency, and a commitment to helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.
