We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (Spanish preferred) to join our team in the fields of nephrology and internal medicine. New Grads welcome to apply as well!

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of GA.
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience in nephrology or internal medicine is preferred but not required. New college grads with a strong interest in these specialties are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Manage chronic conditions such as kidney disease, hypertension, and diabetes.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
