Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee the operations of our workshop. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring smooth workflow, and able to meet or exceed the deadlines. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise workshop staff, including providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement efficient workshop processes to maximize productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and meet customer demands
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing management or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Chinese is required.
