Prominent Family Law Firm seeks full time entry-level Attorney.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our experienced legal team to handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. Position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in continuing or developing a family law career. Applicant must have the energy and commitment to be a successful litigator. Responsibilities:

· Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues

· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements

· Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

· Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

· Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and plan case resolutions

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

· Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing

· 1-3 years of experience practicing family law

· Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

· Familiarity with Sacramento County family law procedures and local court rules is a plus
