ATI Insulation, Inc. is an Industrial Insulation, Scaffolding Contractor, primarily working in the Industrial Construction Industry. The Area Manager is responsible for the operations of the area assigned. The Area Manager has the primary management responsibility for client relations and the production of the area projects. This will be accomplished by managing the field/shop production crews and office administrative assistant help. The Area Foreman report directly to the Area Manager. The Area Manager is ultimately responsible for all the functioning pieces and the financial success of the area. The Area manager is the communication bridge between the area and executive management.
The position directly manages employees and carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include hiring, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The essential functions for this position include office, driving, and work site environments.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a minimum of 60 hours per week (may require additional hours depending on the needs of the business). This schedule is subject to change at any time and without notice.
Travel is expected for this position. Area of Coverage is West Texas and South East New Mexico.

Wage: $100,000 Base Salary Plus Commission Bonus
This is a Senior Management Level Salary position and is negotiable Depending on Qualifications.
