ATI Decorative Laminates (www.atilaminates.com) of Greensboro, North Carolina was founded in 1979. We manufacture and distribute decorative laminates and finish materials for the architectural and interior design community, the furniture and hospitality industries, as well as the store fixture, display, and DIY markets. We are an ISO certified company (9001 and 14001) that has been in business for 45 forty-five years.

Quality Control (QC)

• Maintains and improves product quality by adhering to the established Quality Management System.
• Complies with ATI QMS with removal of non-compliant product.
• Conducts random inspections to assess product quality and processes are followed.
• Proper QC documentation of non-compliant products.
• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and data for analysis of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Works with Production Manager and Team Leads to ensure compliance with nternal quality standards.

Supply Chain

• Assists in job creation and preparation and closing of work orders using ERP software.
• Issues materials.
• Enters and verifies data in ERP system- including inventory adjustment as needed within guidelines.
• Assist in updating system for accurate production reporting.
• Controls and files completed work orders.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Complies with all ATI employment policies, procedures/processes, and programs. Performs duties in compliance with quality, ISO 9001, and ISO 140001, as well as safety policies, procedures/processes, and programs.
• Contributes to the company’s goals of total quality and cost improvement.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude towards the company, Management, other Associates, and clients/customers. Participates in assigned activities, assignments, and projects to further elevate the company’s vision, values, and team spirit.
• Assists and supports others in the achievement of ATI’s and department’s goals.

CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: High school diploma or the equivalent; two years administrative and/or quality control experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred: ERP system experience; and experience in a production/manufacturing environment a plus.

Other/technical Skills: Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail. Must have the ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.

· Ability to lift 50 occasionally.

· Ability to climb ladders and maneuver in small spaces.

· Uses Personal Protective Equipment as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
