COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Primarily M-F, flexible hours, with a weekend rotation in the event they can t get all their hours during the week (won t happen often). Job Summary:This position provides physical therapy services to pediatric population, neonate to adolescence, including evaluation and treatment, using modalities such as exercise, heat, water, electricity, massage, light and ultrasound. Experience Requirements:2 years pediatric experience (school experience will not be considered) required.Critical Care experience preferred. Education Requirements:BA or higher degree from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association Certification/License/Registry RequirementsArizona State Board of Physical Therapy license prior to start date.AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fingerprint Clearance Card (FCC) prior to start date.BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date.
