The Athletic Club of Bend is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Coordinator to join our team. As the Membership Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and growing our membership base, focusing on member retention and providing exceptional customer service. This role provides customer service for our members in the Administration office through email, phone and in person interactions.
The ideal applicant will have the following job experience and skills:
Customer service, preferably in a membership setting, minimum 2 years experience
Office skills & computer proficiency in Word/Excel, minimum 2 years experience
Accounting knowledge and basic banking skills
Organized and detail oriented
Strong communication skills
The ability to work individually and in a team setting
Newsletter and basic social media experience preferred
College education preferred
The position will be approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with daytime availability required.
