Athletes Global Zumba Kids classes are rockin’ high energy DANCE parties that help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness FUN! Classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. It is important to understand that Zumba Kids is centered around creating a FUN atmosphere, as opposed to one of a more technical, competitive nature. Children of all shapes, sizes, and abilities are welcome! We also teach and give out daily leadership development homework to the students attending our programs.
