We are looking to hire a dynamic leader for our Commission, Controls and Quality (CCQ) team. The CCQ Manager will lead a team of tenured Agency Service professionals who process requests for commissions, control reports, quality reviews for transaction and phone calls and several other specialty support functions. Accountabilities: Direct the day-to-day operations of the Agency Commissions, Controls and Quality team to ensure transactions/tasks are performed quickly and accurately and we are meeting our inbound phone service level agreements. Provide leadership for the team by establishing performance expectations, mentoring and coaching, and effectively communicate to drive results. Analyze, enhance and manage the capacity of the team to improve operating efficiencies. Monitor service levels, adjusting workflows and/or resources to meet performance standards. Assist in handling exceptions, complicated technical or complaint cases, while weighing compliance, business risks, tax and legal ramifications and administrative costs. Handle advanced customer and key distribution partner situations promptly and expertly, with a strong focus on timely resolution. Collaborate with peers and senior leaders to establish department goals, objectives and strategic direction. Support the implementation of new products, initiatives and/or technologies by assisting and/or leading special projects within the department. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Military experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree. 2 years technical/professional experience and 1 years of management/supervisory experience required. Experience with annuities and or financial services products required. Preferably commissions, SOX controls or data analytics background. Intermediate or Advanced excel skills preferred. Knowledge of annuity administration systems and procedures preferred. Collaborate at a level and function as a strategic partner on the leadership team.
