We are looking for a Manager for Business Operations to join our Cloud Infrastructure Engineering department. Your job will be to lead all business operations, audit, and reporting activities for CIE, acting as an informed and influential member of the Operations team, and the CIE department. This person will also be a key contact for other internal departments, in particular Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, Information Security, Compliance, Legal, Sales RFP, and Cloud Engineering and Operations Program Management Organization. The infrastructure and pipeline services that you will be delivering will power the transformation of athenahealth products and enable the company to open the network and create the healthcare platform that enables the next generation of healthcare services. Develop and maintain operational metrics that surface critical data for CIE, CE&O, and company leadership. Communicate and coordinate activities including control narrative reviews, evidence collection, walkthroughs, data center visits, remediation plans, and policy document development and review. Collaborate with CIE Program Management Organization on effort to operationalize flow of information from individual teams within the department into dashboards or other tracking mechanisms to ease and enhance reporting.
