The position available is for a full-time retail salesperson.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing sales and delivering an exceptional guest experience for our to-the-trade clients and our retail clientele. In this exciting role, you are creating lasting relationships while assisting clients with the selection, customization, design fit and procurement of elevated furnishings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retail sales
• Some furnishings curation for clients
• Performs proactive and consistent follow-up with all guests before and after the sale and at delivery.
• Promptly solves guest concerns.
• Performs all opening and closing duties as directed
• Works in collaboration with all team members
• Responsible individual with utmost professional integrity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred work experience in a luxe retail environment
• Sales experience
• M-F; with some rotations on Saturdays
• Ability to work some evenings depending on store events
• Computer literacy and POS software experience
• Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated.
• Ability to work well with others.

COMPENSATION: Structure is base hourly pay of $22 - $24 per hour, depending on background, experience etc.
