Ateca Consulting is Hiring an IT Service Management Specialist Near Dulles, VA

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Specialist in Saudi Arabia Qatar

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and support of IT services across the organization. They will play a key role in implementing and maintaining IT service management best practices, processes, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT service delivery solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT service management processes and procedures in accordance with industry best practices (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain service catalogs, SLAs, and service level targets to meet business needs and expectations.
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, including identification, prioritization, resolution, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with IT service management standards and policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT staff and end-users on IT service management principles, processes, and tools.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to IT service management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT service management certification(s) preferred.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing IT service management processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
