Job Title: RN Pediatrics
Location: Elmhurst, NY
Duration: 8 weeks contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the pediatric department
• Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their overall well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

Skills:Two years of the following experience is required:

• Maternal and child experience
• Pediatric Experience
• IV Insertion and phlebotomy skill
• Conscious sedation

Certification/Licenses:

• RN License
• AHA BLS

Schedule Notes:

• 8-week contracts—NO Extensions.
• must be able to work 3 12-hour shifts a week including alternating weekends and holidays Rotating weekends is a requirement and workers must report as scheduled including holidays.
• Please see the shift time, and hours per week/day on the request and ensure your worker will be able to commit to the schedule provided by the facility.
