ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA), INC. (“ASL-USA”) is seeking a BRANCH MANAGER for our Salt Lake City, Utah location. This position will manage the overall operations and business performance of the Sales branch. Key duties of the position include:

•  Manage sales branch processes, employees and function; effectively lead branch operations personnel to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships. Promote, prospect, and identify opportunities within the current customer base. 
• Build strategic direction for the Sales Branch. Design, document and implement plans to meet sales branch goals.
• Actively engage with branch sales personnel to identify, cultivate and close new business opportunities. 
• Serve a hands-on role in every aspect of projects, effectively monitor project status.
• Build relationships with a variety of functions within the customer’s organization.
• Develop, implement and sales processes and protocols.
• Perform regular industry climate assessments; identify current market trends for sales forecasting/budgeting. Regularly analyze market conditions and competition in order to develop strategic responses to opportunities

 The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Business, or similar discipline, though relevant professional experience in lieu of education will be considered. A minimum of eight (8) years of Management and/or Sales experience is required. Experience in the modular industry desired. In addition, we require:

• Ability to engage all levels of the organization; proven experience executing strategic initiatives to drive the sales process.
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop sales goals and evaluate results. 
• Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations. P&L Management experience required. 
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of related markets and industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
