Summary of Responsibilities: The Program Specialist will provide support to Asset Maintenance programs in the development and maintenance of processes, systems, data management, reporting, financials, and organization related to the function’s programs. We’re looking for a program specialist to provide support to Asset Maintenance programs in the development and maintenance of processes, systems, data management, reporting, and financials. You’ll use your Associates degree in Business or Data Analytics or equivalent experience and/or experience in process management to develop, track, and communicate process metrics for use by key stakeholders to ensure early detection and management of maintenance/commissioning issues, and consolidate, validate, and present data, findings, and reports in a repeatable and understandable manner. You’ll also manage financial and administrative aspects of emergency projects, including 3rd party billing incidents and support the team with requisitioning, invoicing and purchase order management.
