Our South Florida office is looking for a Healthcare/Talent Recruiter to join our team to help attract and recruit nurses and allied health professionals to fill our clients' staffing needs. This is a temporary full-time position (which can become permanent) out of our Long Island City office.

The Healthcare/Talent Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with clients on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. The Recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media, community organizations, referrals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by cold calling, using job boards, databases, social media
• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
• Conduct virtual interviews and phone screenings
• Conduct reference checks
• Supporting needs of healthcare associates
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

• Experience using an ATS
• Knowledge of Hireology a plus
• 2 years healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel strongly preferred
