On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility.

·No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission

·Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience - REQUIRED

·Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED

·No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED

·Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

·Travel experience - Preferred
