ATC Healthcare Services of Georgia is Hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAPC, LMSW) Near Griffin, GA
Our client located in Griffin, GA is looking to add a dependable, hard-working, compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker that will work closely with clients to teach new skills for daily living and link clients with available resources in the community for clients to live a more productive and independent life. Attempting to improve the clients' health and promoting wellness and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, identification of service resources, and facilitation of services.
Location: Griffin, GA and surrounding areas
Type: Full-time (8am – 5pm); Part-time (weekends)
Salary: Up to $24/hour based on experience
Start Date: As little as 2 weeks!
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to teach new skills for daily living and link them with community resources
- Improve clients' health and promote wellness through advocacy, education, and service facilitation
- Provide individual therapy and substance abuse/mental health counseling
- Complete and document BHA assessments
- Manage caseload and collaborate with individuals, families, and groups
- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with guidelines
- Guide understanding of illness and contributing factors
- Maintain mandated documentation and deadlines
- Make referrals and coordinate community resources
- Ensure cross-disciplinary communication with nursing staff and physicians
Requirements:
- BHCC Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAPC, LMSW)
- Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university
- Current state-specific license for social work or personal counseling
- Experience with mental health/substance abuse populations preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred, can be obtained during orientation)
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
