Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative that is self-motivated with a strong work ethic for the Atlanta, GA area. The candidate must possess highly effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships across a broad spectrum of medical facilities.

Pay Rate:

$50,000 - $70,000 annual base Commission

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior healthcare industry experience a plus
• Prior staffing experience a plus
• Residence within the current geography or close proximity of the Atlanta, GA is required
• Current driver’s license required

Position Requirements & Desired Experience:

• Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts. Experience in identifying prospects through internet research, networking events, and canvasing your sales territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meet with prospects and establish ATC Healthcare as a preferred partner to all staffing and recruiting needs.
• Experience in making multiple referral calls to healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, well organized and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Partner with your recruiters to identify potential new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.

Hours:

• 40 hours a week M-F
• Travel is required
