ATA Services, Inc is currently seeking to hire an Absentee Support Clerk (Data Entry/Phone Bank) to work on a temporary assignment with the Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections. This position is expected to last until June 30, 2024. 

• Pay Rate: $16.15 per hour with weekly pay
• Start Date: April 8, 2024
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., hours and days will be extended as needed
• Location: SE Albuquerque – Gibson and Broadway 
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and have a clean driving record and drug test.

 Job Duties:

• Data entry, 
• Phone bank, 
• Processing Absentee applications, 
• Election Board support, 
• Mail preparation, 
• Filing
• Driving privileges required

 Job Requirements: 

• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail for accurately managing schedules, paperwork, and guest information.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software, email, and word processing software.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods or in emergency situations.
