ATA International is Hiring a Director of Communications Near Little Rock, AR

Job Overview:

ATA International is the world's largest organization dedicated to teaching martial arts to the entire family. With over 1,100 independently owned and operated licensed facilities around the globe, ATA International has trained over one million students since its inception in 1969.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Communications to lead our communication strategies and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in executing social media campaigns, copywriting and scriptwriting, production and ceremony productions, press releases, strategic communications, and public relations activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the organization's mission and goals
- Oversee all aspects of internal and external communications
- Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices
- Create compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with overall objectives

- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
