Ata Employment Solutions is Hiring a Restaurant General Manager Near Union City, TN
*Please note that ATA Employment Solutions is not a staffing or temporary agency. This is a direct-hire position.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Closes at 8pm on weekdays, 9pm on weekend nights, and 2pm on Sundays. Must be willing to work any shift as schedule demands
Salary: $35k - $45k/year depending on experience
Benefits: Paid vacation after applicable waiting period. Free buffet & half-off any menu items when on shift. 25% discount when off duty
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet company standards at all times
- Handle escalated customer complaints
- Supervise and lead staff
- Monitor morale of the staff and check in with all employees on a regular basis
- Create work schedules for all employees
- Monitor repairs and maintenance issues
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees
- Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all policies & procedures
- Inventory
- Daily deposits
- Cost control
- Communicate effectively to the Owner any and all issues that may impact the business
- Other duties as assigned by the Owner
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least 4 years of management experience
- Restaurant management experience preferred but not required
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-disciplined with a desire to succeed
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
