AT3 Staffing is partnered with a third-generation family-owned company that has built best-in-class solutions around the industry’s finest machine tools and accessories who is in search of a Senior Robotics Programmer located in Dayton, OH. Our client is committed to ensuring the success of our customers by providing installation, training, maintenance, replacement parts, and unmatched technical support.

Description

· Create, write, and optimize robotic programs from concept to completion; 75% Logic and 25% Motion and optimize vison programs.

· Ensure proper documentation is completed for all modifications to the original design.

· Assists with the assembly of special projects, upgrades, or retrofits.

· Continuously reviews current processes and procedures that make it easy for internal/external customers to do business with department/division.

· Responsible for maintaining current technical, interpersonal, and communication skills through continuous development. Progressive development of skills should be cultivated through further education, seminars, company training and other external resources such as reading material.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field and/or equivalent experience in education and training.

· Minimum of five years of experience in programming robotic systems, Logic 75%, Motion 25%, and troubleshooting of control systems.

· Vision programming preferred.

· Preferred working knowledge and experience of, Allen Bradley PLC, and HMI, etc.

· A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to legally operate a vehicle for company business.

· Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evening hours as demanded by project deadline requirements.

· Must be able to travel, up to 70%, in support of programming and training, out-of-state or out-of-country customers, and assist other divisions as required to support business demand.

· Ability to obtain and maintain a valid United States passport and out-of-country work visas.

· Requires clear criminal and driving records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
