Description
The Security Programs Manager is a primary supporter of client-facing employees who are deployed within domestic United States locations.This position is a stakeholder in personnel selection and management decisions and supports administrative (HR and Finance), operational and physical security, and logistics issues relative to the client-facing teams.
This position works within a team environment but much of the work is performed in a semi-autonomous fashion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing personnel, projects, and will be able to prioritize and efficiently handle workload while ensuring contract compliance and client satisfaction.This role has an anticipated travel commitment of 25% of the work year.
