```Overview```

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Coordinator, you will be primarlity responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. Primarily BOCCE Ball & Corn Hole events and leagues. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

```Responsibilities```

- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics

- Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met

- Collaborate event objectives and preferences

- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution

-Coloborate with leadership on special events surrounding programs

-Organize and keep track of all event progress

```Experience```

- Strong knowledge of event principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with hotel and restaurant operations, preferred BOCCE BALL & CORN HOLE knowledge with leagues and gaming

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
