(Hybrid Role: At Home Corporate Office three days a week. Remote two days.)

Job Summary: 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Store Signage & Fixtures, the Assc. Manager, Store Signage & Workload collaborate to develop in-store signage execution across key operations, merchandising and marketing initiatives. This role balances strategic direction and oversight with direct development and implantation of workload & tasking on behalf of the stores.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate on store experience initiatives across all signage and in-store customer communications to support the day-to-day business as well as initiatives for events, collaborations, themes, collections, Insider Perks, credit card, new store openings, etc.
• Manages store experience plans and briefs related to marketing campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives, including signage and store audio
• Manage administrative budget work, including invoice entry, project estimating, and continually looking for cost-saving solutions for current programs and/or new programs
• Manage quarterly store signage clean-up and audit system, ensuring adherence to signage guidelines and standards
• Maintain standards to ensure that materials produced are accurate, timely and complete as delivered to stores and customers
• Manage monthly and quarterly signage updates across key visual spaces, including endcaps and product tables
• Partner with the merchandising team as appropriate on signage requests and updates as needed, including seasonal signage package updates
• Manage signage fulfillment system and inventory levels to confirm store requested signage is distributed in a timely manner 
• Manage and track store signage communications to the stores, ensuring they are communicated correctly, including store guide reviews
• Oversee and manage EDLP calendar & associated labor as well as ongoing store workload & tasking
• Collaborate with the internal marketing agency on photography needs for in-store signage and communicating with the appropriate teams to work collaboratively toward finding the right imagery 

Qualifications & Competencies:

• BA or BS in marketing, business or related field
• 5 years of experience either inside a retail organization or with an agency
• Knowledge of or experience in a retail marketing organization or with retail clients preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to multitask and extremely organized with attention to detail.
• Print production experience a plus
