Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially for serving bilingual customers
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail sales is a bonus
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
