Operations Manager

Hilliard, OH

Mayco Colors is seeking to hire a full-time Operations Manager to join the team at our Hilliard, OH facility. The Operations Manager will lead Production, Warehouse, and Shipping Operations to enhance employee productivity, maintain company quality standards, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Helps to establish productivity analytics and metrics

· Applies analytics and metrics to ensure departmental efficiency and productivity.

· Works with Warehouse, Shipping, and Production teams to implement procedures to improve day-to-day operations.

· Identify issues in the supply chain that would affect the company

· Solving inter-departmental conflicts related to resources and time management

· Collaborates with Human Resources for recruiting, hiring, employee retention, corrective action, and employee development

· Works alongside Safety Committee and staff to enforce safety standards

· Evaluates ROI on current and future processes

· Oversees quality assurances checks

· Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

· Three to Five years of related experience in an operations management role

· Three to Five years of working in a manufacturing environment

· Proven leadership skills with an ability to inspire confidence and build trust within team

· Previous experience within manufacturing sector

· Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, economics, finance, or related fields.
