At Home Care is Hiring a PCA Near Lauderdale, MS

Assist with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLS)

Preparation of meals; Provides client nutrition and hydration in a timely manner

Housekeeping, is done for the convenience of the client and the client's family

Assist the client to the bathroom or, urinal and bedpan. Keep incontinent clients clean and dry

Prepare appropriate documentation of client status and the care or services furnished for the clinical record

Report any noticeable changes in client's physical condition, attitude, reaction , appetite. etc.to supervisor on the same day of observation

Report all client and employee incidents/accidents to supervisor immediately and in writing within 24 hours

Ensure maintenance of a clean, safe, comfortable and health environment for the client

Hands on assistance or cuing/prompting the perform a task;

Accompanying and assisting the client in accessing community recourses and participating in community activities

Supervision and monitoring the client during transportation, and in the community setting

Maintain the confidentiality of all company procedures, results and information about client, and client's families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
