At Home Apartments is seeking a customer service-driven leasing agent to join our team! This is a part-time leasing position with the potential to be a full-time position by next year! This is a position with upward mobility, and ideally, the candidate would be interested in growing into a property manager position!

The position will be around 25-30 hours a week, and the schedule is flexible. We show apartments between 9am-5pm, and on weekends as needed. Come join a positive, upbeat team!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Respond to rental leads promptly

-Schedule showings and follow up after completion

-Assist in answering the office phone
- Utilize property management software, Appfolio, for data entry, reporting, and tracking of leasing activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and regulations
- Experience with property maintenance is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to overcome obstacles and close the sale
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
