No experience is needed, we will train the right candidate. This is not an entry-level position, some homework may be required during your training period. You'll have an opportunity to learn a trade and gain a secure, well-paying, beneficial career we'll ensure you'll enjoy!

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL EARN:
- Direct Deposited Paychecks- Starting training salary $35,000 per year ($3,000) paid monthly then after 90 days, a $5,000 raise to your annual salary bringing your base pay to $40,000 per year ($3,333 monthly).
- Company Vehicle - We'll provide after your initial training period. We cover the costs for your daily commute to and from home. Leave your home at 8:00 am and get home at 5:30 pm.
- Saturday's and Sundays Off
- Paid Vacation
- Company-paid smartphone with unlimited, calling, text, and data including personal usage.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Someone who is reliable and understands the value of being on time. Our clients rely on this characteristic and so do we.
- Clean Driving Record and Drivers License (No DUI's)
- No use of tobacco products during business hours.
- Job Requires Good Physical Health - To perform tasks such as lifting backpack sprayers that weigh approximately 40lbs for 10-20 minutes at a time, some basic physical actions like crawling, walking, standing.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Can be honest, respectful, professional, and possesses an overall good work ethic.
- No Felonies- State won't allow felons to become registered technicians.
- High School diploma at minimum.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
