Job Description:
The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in promoting Astrora Consulting LLC's services through innovative social media strategies, with a focus on the platform RED. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our presence on RED, and effectively communicating with clients through the platform’s chat function. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the Company’s Services: Gain a thorough understanding of Astrora Consulting LLC's services to accurately promote them through various marketing channels.

2. Content Creation on RED: Develop and execute a content calendar for RED to attract and engage potential clients. Create compelling posts that highlight our services and their benefits.

3. Manage RED Presence: Take full responsibility for our account on RED, ensuring that the content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligns with our marketing goals.

4. Chat Management: Oversee the chat function on RED, responding to inquiries and engaging with users promptly to foster relationships and encourage service adoption.

5. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor, which may include news writing and recommendation letter writing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role with expertise in social media management, especially on RED.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media trends, and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
