Our esteemed client, a trailblazing global pharmaceutical powerhouse, renowned for their expertise in developing and manufacturing a wide array of world-class pharmaceutical drugs, life-saving vaccines, and innovative animal-health products, is in search of an exceptional Senior Chemist to join their dynamic team.
Pay : $68k-$72k / yr
Shift : M-F, 8-5
Responsibilities
- Help prepare / design enabling preclinical formulations (drug delivery).
- Perform solution and solid-state chemistry characterization experiments.
- Help identify, characterize, and successfully transition quality drug candidate compounds from discovery to development.
- Instrument maintenance and preparation routine laboratory reagents (i.e., buffers)
- Help with shipping and ordering lab supplies.
- Perform protein stability characterization studies.
Requirements
- BS / MS / PHD in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, materials science, bioengineering, or related science.
- Prior professional experience in pharmaceutical sciences highly preferred.
- HPLC, buffer prep / basic wet chemistry, solid-state characterization / pharmaceutics.
- Must excel in a team environment.
- MS office suite(excel, PowerPoint, Word)
