Pay: $78k-$90k/yr, depending on experience
Location: Kentland, IL
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and presents data on business, production, and market trends to management.
- Proposes solutions and discusses market strategies.
- Collaborates on policy and goal setting with senior management.
- Designs and updates product assurance program.
- Reviews reports and drafts budgets with senior management.
- Conducts meetings to set policies and objectives.
- Addresses technical issues and suggests solutions.
- Meets with vendors to assess quality standards.
- Advises on quality assurance for products.
- Stays updated on industry developments.
Requirements
- Certification for HACCP, SQF and CPO within 1 year if not already certified
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent; minimum four years related experience and/ or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- GMP & PPE REQUIRED
- Food safety experience
- Responsible for following all general food safety requirements
