Astria Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team! This position is for Home Health.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for the direct personal patient care in a patient’s home according to a patient’s specific plan of care prepared by the RN Case Manager. You will:

• Provides personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care
• Provides for the personal needs and comfort of people in their own homes

• Assists patients with activities of daily living; including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

• Performs general housekeeping activities
• Provides transportation assistance to and from activities and appointments
• Offers compassionate companionship to patients

• Monitoring and reporting change of condition of patient
• Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

What you bring to this role:

• High School Diploma
• Current Washington State Home Care Aid License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Oral and written fluency in the English language.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract.
