• Follow/support division administrators
• Review and approve overhead invoices under $3k
• Manage and track branch VISAs, checkbooks, petty cashes and pay changes
• Assist with compiling reports for weekly reporting
• Assist with compiling reports for month end closeouts
• Work with a team to complete projects
• Assist in scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and division activities for all members of the division
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls

• Ability to track, prioritize and complete multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and JDE
• Proficiency in business math, accounting and financial reporting
