Commercial Lines Account Manager in Tinton Falls: Perfect applicant will have EPIC Experience
The Commercial Lines Account Manager or Customer Service Representative is an Insurance Professional that maintains a P&C License with the Department of Banking and Insurance.
Job Description
- Provide service to current commercial lines customers
- Interact with clients via telephone, email and in person
- Update EPIC with current information and maintain activities
- Retention and growth of existing business with Cross Selling Bonus
- Review policy for accuracy and adequacy at renewal - Detail Policies
- Assist in placement of New Business with agency carriers with working knowledge of their websites
- Correspond with underwriters regarding new business and renewals
- Investigate and resolve policy concerns between underwriters, insured's and Producers
- Process change requests
- Ability to work off Expiration List for monthly renewals 90 days prior to expiration.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 1 years insurance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Knowledge of insurance products and usage.
- Knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets.
- EPIC experience a plus
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
