Position Summary:

Aston Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time IT Recruiter in our St Louis Park office who would work to identify talented individuals to join our company. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone that is personable and highly motivated to grow their career in the dynamic IT industry. This individual must have the ability to efficiently identify, source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates in accordance to business needs and job requirements. This individual will collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams across departments to assist in the selection process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or related field; Recruiting experience preferred but not required
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Excels in interpersonal relationship building, with a passion to connect with others
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Office automation tools (Microsoft Office 365 Product Suite, Adobe, etc.)

Benefits/Perks:

This position offers a competitive base salary range of $38k-45k annually DOE plus uncapped commission plan, with eligibility for full benefits package on the first day of employment:
