We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer inquiries from guests and provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Provide guests with directions to local attractions and services.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Ensure that all guests are provided with exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
