Description:

This department falls under the Trust and Safety team. Review/complete Dasher, Merchant, and Consumer Safety Incident Reports and take the appropriate actions based on DoorDash’s workflows and process Review/complete Dasher Appeals and take the appropriate actions based on DoorDash’s workflows and process Triage our legal escalations queue by quickly diagnosing the type of case, labeling it appropriately, and escalating it to the appropriate team

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

 Previous experience with adjudications, queue-based casework, and government documents Experience dealing with casework that might be sensitive in nature (i.e. Sexual harassment/ assault, discrimination, death, etc.) NEED TO HAVE emotional stability. Proficient in working on a MacBook – Must ask this when screening!! In previous jobs what type or brand of laptops/computers have you used and had experience with? Top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to compose communications both formally and casually using DoorDash's brand voice and tone 3 years of work experience in high demand environment Proficiency in identifying trends and product/operational countermeasures Optimism in the face of challenges and negative situations Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience No Required but would be a plus: Chartio and SQL experience is beneficial
