Project Billing Specialist

Description:

• Work with project managers to put together monthly AIA billings along with lien waivers and additional information needed for billing per the contract.
• Keep track on communication between customer and PM to make sure I stay informed on change orders and schedule revisions.
• Receive weekly time tickets from payroll and work with them to ensure tickets are accurate.
• Work with purchasing and other departments as needed to gather the material, equipment and other costs that need to be billed to customer.
• Put T/M invoices together based on a pre-agreed schedule of weekly, biweekly, etc.
• Keep track of various unions for various time and material rates.
• Request PO’s when needed from customers in order to submit invoices.
• Maintain communication with customer for collection on invoices per NET agreements.
