Description:
- Ability to analyze personnel and payroll information and take appropriate action
- Ability to function as a team member
- Excellent organizational/time management skills, attention to detail and follow through to any outstanding issues
- Adheres to all Maxim and worksite rules, policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties as required, assigned or deemed necessary by the facility/client/supervisor.
- Provides guidance to CSR’s and Caregivers in reference to comprehensive W-2 and W-2C issues and process

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
