Description :

The production order entry admin will be responsible for assiting in sales / production, customer service and shipping. This person must have excellent customer service skills, have order entry experience and be highly organized.

Manufacturing experience is required.

Day to Day Job Duties :

• Order Entry : entering & tracking orders and sending Invoices to customers.
• Manage the Sales inboxes and email tagging and u pdating customer information shipping spreadsheet
• Answer incoming main phone line & direct calls
• Review Customer’s .’s and their requirements for unit sales orders
• Coordinating orders with salespeople, distributors and the production team
• Communication with Customers & Freight Forwarders. Status of orders, ready for shipment notifications
• Completing and verifying shipping paperwork for US based & overseas orders when ready to ship
• Data entry into customer portals
• Backup Shipping : Enter shipping information into the DHL, Federal Express or UPS portals.
• Closing work orders
• Submitting current weeks orders for shipment

Must Have Qualifications :

• 3 years in order entry from a manufacturing company
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong customer service skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

1. Good organizational skills & detail oriented.

2. Excellent oral & written communication skills

3. Order entry experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred

4. Computer literate

5. Ability to work independently / team setting

6. Sales Force experience is a plus. Training will be provided.

7. International shipping experience is a plus. Training will be provided.

Hours :

Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
