HR Assistant/HR Coordinator
Job Description
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
Pre-employment checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; and training and development activities.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications Required
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
2 years of HR experience (payroll, benefits, recruiting)
