Seeking a Candidate who enjoys supporting patients and is looking for a long term career!

Tentative Start Date: August 21st

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (Weekly)

Worksite Location: Englewood, Colorado, 80112 *fully onsite role*

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Job Description:

• Handling incoming calls from facilities, law offices, and patients (90% of calls will be facilities or doctor's offices) asking a record they are seeking
• Once they get the request, they will secure email, mail, or fax the record to the correct party
• In general, answering questions regarding patient records (i.e. needing their own or facility needing the patient record)

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 1 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Must have 1 years of customer service experience (ex: retail, call center, cashier, admin, etc.)
