Job Responsibilities:

• Orchestrates and manages the end to end CES Close Forecast Planning and Budgeting process.
• Owns work back plan for key deliverables executive reviews.
• Build up customized Finance Rhythm based on timeline from central finance team MCAPS central team and other related stakeholders. Owns ROB communication with CES Finance.
• Act as project manager for CES Finance to drive big wins in FY24. Build project timeline owns progress summary and communications.
• Support monthly PL performance management with detail analysis to find out key drivers and support monthly close review leaders

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Project management experience needed
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• String cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced level excel skills with an emphasis on pivot tables

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
• 5 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
