Business to Business experience required
Setting:
- This person will report to the Collections Manager and be 1 of 4 Collection Specialists.
- Business Casual dress.
Description:
- Resolve Billing Issues and Discrepancies.
- Credit and Collections Calls and Outreach.
- Process Credit Card and E-Check Payments.
- Assist cash applications specialist for application customer remittances and preform research on customer payments.
- Take actions to ensure timely payments.
- Excellent communications skills over the phone
-Ability to reconcile* customer accounts for misapplied payments
-Experience handling billing disputes
-Experience interacting with sales team
-Experience doing research and resolving issues with customers
-Experience working off an Aging report that is downloaded from their system in Excel
-Excellent organization skills
-Independent worker
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 Years of Accounts Receivable Experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
-Experience handling billing disputes
-Experience interacting with sales team
-Experience doing research and resolving issues with customers
-Experience working off an Aging report that is downloaded from their system in Excel
-Excellent organization skills
-Independent worker
