Description :

Responsible for a full range of general support, administrative, and coordination duties

Review product and client-specific reports and approve / decline based on certain criteria

If approved, accept the report, issue certificates, and approve documentation

If rejected, track everything back, draft an email, and send to the point of contact with a report

Reviewing technical work

Occasionally will work directly with clients (listing reports), reach out to clients to work with them to send an inspector to their factory, receive documentation, etc.

Communicate with clients and engineers via email and phone
