Aston Carter is Hiring a Remote Call Center Representative

*Aston Carter has Hybrid Call Center Opportunities in Daytona Beach, Florida*

  • Training onsite for the first 4 weeks.
  • Training schedule: 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • After training representatives will work 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • This person will be responsible for handling 50-80 inbound calls pertaining to mortgage questions.
  • The insurance questions will pertain to home owners insurance and will be from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
  • The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.
  • Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required, as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of call center or office administration/management/customer service experience.
  • Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating software system.
  • Typing speed: at least 35 WPM
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Internet Connection.
